Welcome to G-Pad Launchpad ("Interface" or "App"), a platform provided by G-Pad ("we," "our," or "us"). The Interface enables users to access a decentralized protocol on various public blockchains, including but not limited to Ethereum, facilitating the trading of compatible digital assets ("the G-Pad protocol" or the "Protocol"). The Interface serves as one of the means of accessing the Protocol, and its utilization requires the use of a non-custodial wallet to interact with public blockchains. Please note that your relationship with the non-custodial wallet provider is governed by their applicable terms of service, and it is not covered by this Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement").
By accessing or using the Interface, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms set forth herein, you are not authorized to use the Interface.

Modification of this Agreement: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted on the G-Pad website. Your continued use of the Interface after the modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue your use of the Interface.
Eligibility: To use the Interface, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Interface, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the authority to comply with this Agreement on behalf of yourself or any entity using the Interface. Moreover, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction while using the Interface.
Proprietary Rights: All intellectual property and other proprietary rights related to the Interface, including but not limited to software, text, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and designs, are the exclusive property of G-Pad. Additionally, G-Pad reserves the right to modify or remove any part of the Interface and its content at its sole discretion. Furthermore, G-Pad may cooperate with law enforcement agencies or government orders to protect its interests and those of its users.

Privacy: In the course of using the Interface, we may collect limited information, such as blockchain wallet addresses and transaction details. However, we do not collect any personal information. It is essential to note that third-party service providers may obtain your information from publicly-available sources, and their handling of such data is subject to their respective privacy policies.
Prohibited Activity: By using the Interface, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, cyberattacks, fraud, market manipulation, securities and derivatives violations, or any other unlawful conduct. Any such activity will result in immediate termination of your access to the Interface, and appropriate legal action may be taken against you.
Not Registered with Regulatory Agencies: G-Pad is not registered with any regulatory agency, including but not limited to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As such, G-Pad does not provide or offer investment advice, and any trades submitted through the Interface are considered unsolicited.

Non-Custodial and No Fiduciary Duties: The Interface is designed as a non-custodial platform, meaning that you are solely responsible for the custody and security of your digital assets. G-Pad does not hold or manage your digital assets on your behalf, nor does it owe any fiduciary duties or liabilities to you. As such, you must exercise caution and diligence in safeguarding your digital assets and private keys.
Compliance and Tax Obligations: As a user of the Interface, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to tax obligations related to your transactions conducted through the Interface.
Assumption of Risk: By using the Interface, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with utilizing blockchain-based systems and engaging in transactions involving digital assets. You further acknowledge and accept the volatility of digital asset markets and the potential risks associated with using smart contracts and decentralized platforms.
G-Pad shall not be held responsible for any resulting losses or damages incurred through your use of the Interface. By using the Interface to interact with the Protocol, you assume full responsibility for all risks and outcomes associated with such interactions.
