You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPAD, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or any breach of this Disclaimer.

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Disclaimer and any other terms or policies governing the use of the Platform, this Disclaimer shall prevail.
By using the GPAD DeFi Launchpad, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
